As the original founder of MYLK, Simon spends time on farms, fishing boats and rural food markets investing in relationships with primary producers, understanding the uniqueness of their product and the challenges they face.

Through the implementation of our programs we aim to inspire support for primary food producers and manufacturers, encouraging greater community awareness of our natural systems.
